INSIGHTS
Many users misunderstood the swiping arrow as a drop-down menu.
Some users thought rearranging folder placement would drop the dragged item within another folder.
Using forced touch to delete a folder was not intuitive to any users.
Users thought the starred option should be an exterior feature while the information icon should be interior because it's less utilized.
All users thought getting the link to a folder and adding someone new were usable and easy to learn.
